Following system thinking, our mission is to design solutions to the roadblocks in health ecosystem to improve access and adoption of effective service packages and to address the challenges through identification, development, and scale up of next generation, technology driven, low cost solutions.
It all started in 2012 when Dr Noor Sabah Rakhshani graduated from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health with a DrPH. With the
experience of working in the underprivileged communities, and then receiving training at the world’s best public health institute,
Dr. Rakhshani envisioned an organization that caters to the needs of the population through innovation in service delivery and
excellence in public health research.
Dr. Rakhshani laid the foundation of Precision Developmental Research and Advocacy Consultants (PDRAC) as sole proprietor venture with the aim to deploy innovative approaches for improved and efficient systems to impact lives. Over the years, PDRAC has contributed significantly through its valuable efforts to synthesize evidence, evaluate effective public health interventions, and advocate for policy and practice change. Capacity building of front line health workers has been a key area of engagement with the public and private institutions to improve health systems delivery efficiency.
In a rapidly changing digital age, and staggering rise in the health disparities, there is an unmet need to generate robust evidence for actionable decision making. The leadership of PDRAC realized that to make an impactful dent in the status quo, a consolidated and collaborative approach and strategy is needed. To that end a PDRAC spin off, PHC GLobal (pvt.) Ltd was founded by a committed group of like minded public health experts with the intent of creating a space enabling innovations for Improving lives by transforming health and development.
