Overview
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Management Information System (MIS) for PHC Global: Digital Transformation for Efficiency and EmpowermentProject Description
The ERP MIS system, crafted by DTDA, focused on four core components: Financial Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Business Intelligence and Analytics.
The Financial Management module streamlined financial processes for better budget management, catering to advanced salary and loan requests. The HRM module managed employee data and HR-related processes, enhancing HR efficiency and talent retention by monitoring leaves and keeping an organized record of documents. The SCM module oversaw and managed supply chain operations, reducing inventory costs, improving order fulfillment, and enhancing supplier relationships. Finally, the Business Intelligence and Analytics module collected, processed, and analyzed data for data-driven decision-making, providing key insights and trends.
DTDA innovated and implemented several aspects of this project. These included document management and collaboration tools for improved communication, collaboration, and operational efficiency; MIS dashboards and reporting tools for quick access to vital information; and a customized integration process that ensured the ERP MIS system fit perfectly with the specific needs and goals of PHC Global. All these were crafted with a human-centric design philosophy, prioritizing ease of use and accessibility for all staff members.
